Welcome to KW Cleaning Service, a DBA of Kathy J Willis. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the cleaning services we provide. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Description of Services
KW Cleaning Service provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Charleston, SC, and surrounding areas. Our offerings include recurring cleaning (weekly, biweekly, monthly), deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and commercial space cleaning. Specific details, scope of work, and pricing will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of any service.
2. SMS Program & Messaging Use Cases
When you provide your mobile phone number, you opt-in to receive text messages from KW Cleaning Service. Our SMS program is used specifically for the following use cases:
- Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates.
- Appointment reminders prior to our arrival.
- Service updates (e.g., cleaner is on the way, service completed).
- Missed call follow-ups and customer support communications.
- Google review requests following a completed service.
SMS Disclosures & Instructions
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting Out: You can text STOP to cancel at any time.
- Getting Help: You can text HELP for assistance at any time.
- Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our website, request quotes, and book our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
4. Payment and Cancellation Terms
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, Zelle, and cash.
- Cancellations: We request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Access: Clients must ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. Lockouts will be treated as late cancellations.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We take pride in our work and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any area we have cleaned, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. We do not offer cash refunds for completed services.
